Terms of Service for Maverick Medical Care

Welcome to Maverick Medical Care's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Users must be at least 12 years old to use Maverick Medical Care's services.  Users under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent attend each appointment with them.

2. All information shared with Maverick Medical Care will be kept confidential and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

3. Payment for services rendered must be made at the time of appointment.

4. Disrespectful treatment of staff will not be tolerated.  Patients who are disrespectful to staff will be dismissed from Maverick Medical Care immediately.

5. Maverick Medical Care reserves the right to terminate services for any user who violates our terms of service.

6. Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date.

7. Any disputes arising from the use of Maverick Medical Care's services will be governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
